Brassica, a Columbus-based Mediterranean restaurant, is coming to Butler County.

The build-your-own bowl and sandwich spot will open at Village North, a mixed-use development in West Chester and Liberty townships, in early 2027, the restaurant confirmed to The Enquirer.

More details about the new restaurant and grand opening ceremony will be announced at a later date.

Brassica, a Columbus-based Mediterranean restaurant, is coming to Butler County.

Brassica, which is part of Northstar Restaurant Group, will be located at 8280 Liberty Way, Suite A in West Chester Township. The new Brassica location will be the first in Butler County and the second in Greater Cincinnati.

The restaurant, which serves up traditional Mediterranean flavors, first opened in Columbus in 2015. The local chain opened its first Cincinnati location in December 2025.
