In the meantime, per the news outlet, after her arrest, the authorities released Spears from jail the next morning. The representative of the singer reportedly gave a statement, in which they called the incident âinexcusable.â The rep allegedly further said that the artistâs family is âgoing to come up with an overdue, needed plan to set her up for success.â Meanwhile, an insider previously said to the news outlet that the loved ones of the singer have been âlooking into treatment options for both addiction and mental health.â The person then explained, âEveryone is just praying that she doesnât get jail time for this.â The insider also added, âThat would be the worst-case scenario.â
