- Lisa Kudrow appeared on* The View*, where she clarified her recent remarks about *Friends*.

- The actress said her prior words didn't represent her "complete thought" on the matter.

- She also revealed "what bothered" her on the sitcom at the time.

*The Comeback* star Lisa Kudrow is... well... coming back to some of her previously expressed thoughts on key plot points of her iconic sitcom *Friends*.

Ahead of* The Comeback*'s Sunday night series finale on HBO, Kudrow appeared Thursday on *The View*, where she answered a question from cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin about comments she made about Ross (David Schwimmer) being a "bad boyfriend" to Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) on *Friends*.

"Okay, could I say more about that thought? Because that wasn't the complete thought, okay?" Kudrow told Griffin before the cohost could finish her question, which she began with a reference to an interview Kudrow did on *The Tonight Show* earlier this week.

"He wasn't [a good boyfriend] *at that moment*, and then he got better by the end, and he was sending her off. Like, yes, go to Paris, don't think twice, it's a great opportunity," Kudrow said.

The plot point in question revolved around the debate over whether or not Ross had the right to sleep with someone else while "on a break" from Rachel, which led Kudrow to observe, "Well, no. But it’s beyond that. It’s beyond break or not — he was a bad boyfriend."

On *The View*, Kudrow elaborated, "In the season where [they] were on a break, to me it didn't matter that he cheated. It was way after the fact that he was completely unsupportive and dismissive of her career, her job, and her dedication to it. Like, well, I haven't seen you in three nights because you had a crisis. Yeah, that's what bothered me."

On *The Tonight Show*, Kudrow further explained her position on the matter, which has long divided *Friends* fans after the sitcom ended in 2004.

"We did the reunion just like five years ago… we were all so like, 'They were on a break.' Like, ‘Rachel, that hysterical shrew, not letting him sleep with someone and won’t get back together,'" Kudrow remembered. "She shouldn’t have gotten back with him because he was *horrible*."

The studio audience cheered at Kudrow's observation, as she added, "To me, it’s like, I don’t care if he slept with three other women or no other women. You had a crisis at work, so you weren’t available for a few nights, and he flipped out. And you’re like, ‘Wow!'”
