We're always excited to see Kate Middleton out on royal engagements—and you better believe we're covering her fashion choices every step of the way.

Because despite being a literal princess, Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales has style that's effortlessly relatable. And she always looks polished and appropriate for any occasion, whether she's hiking the trails of the National Three Peeks Challenge, or stunning in a blue linen suit at Wimbledon.

This time, Kate's easy summer dress has captivated our attention. She visited the Evelina London Children's hospital, to support and see new developments recently established in the building. She also took the time to meet with patients at the newly opened children's surgery unit.

For the visit, the princess recycled an old favorite dress: her white shirt dress made from Italian crepe material. (The dress is also available in green, which Kate also owns.) We identified the dress from London brand Suzannah, and it retails for $3,800.

Kate's worn this white dress on a number of occasions, according to the blog Kate Middleton Style, including at Wimbledon in 2019, at a memorial service in 2022, and even at coronation festivities in 2023. We love a queen—erm princess—who recycles.

The dress stands out for its effortless look, complete with buttons down the front, a cinched belt at the waist, and a pressed collar that gives the frock its "shirt dress" name. Kate has oft worn it with different heels (from pumps to strappy Mary Janes), but this would look just as good with a ballerina flat or a crisp pair of white sneakers (Middleton loves Veja sneakers).
