As per a source quoted by PageSix, Meghan’s interview approach was “extremely rude.” Applicants reportedly interviewed for housekeeping and maid positions. However, the insider alleged they were basically forbidden from speaking directly to her.

According to the source, applicants handed Meghan their résumés upon arrival. They were then allegedly instructed to stand silently nearby. The insider claimed they were also told not to make eye contact.

Meghan reportedly reviewed each résumé without asking questions. The source claimed she would look applicants over before ending the interview. They allegedly received little opportunity to discuss their experience.

The insider claimed the alleged encounters became widely known among household staff. “People remember how they were treated,” the source revealed. The source added that some workers would not want to work for Meghan.
