MGK and Pete Davidson enjoyed a casual night out in New York City on Friday, July 3
Both stars have maintained a close friendship over the years, collaborating on projects like Good Mourning and Bupkis
MGK recently wrapped his global tour, while Davidson is busy with his Netflix podcast and upcoming film projects
The boys are back in town!
Longtime friends MGK, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, and Pete Davidson were spotted enjoying a casual night out at a bar in New York City on Friday, July 3.
MGK, 35, kept things laid-back in a black T-shirt featuring English rock band The Cure, paired with a backward MLB black cap, long black shorts with a cross graphic and white Vans Old Skool sneakers.
Meanwhile, Davidson, 32, also opted for a relaxed look, wearing an orange Harley-Davidson tank top with blue and black basketball shorts. He completed the outfit with striped crew socks and Asics sneakers.

The outing came hours after MGK was spotted arriving at Madison Square Garden in New York City for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding.
Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn, Benson Boone, Miranda Lambert, Hugh Grant, Zoë Kravitz, Ethan Hawke, and Tommy Hilfiger were also among the stars in attendance.
MGK— whose real name is Colson Baker — looked polished in black trousers, a white shirt and a black tie for the highly anticipated nuptials.
His hangout later that day with Davidson came as both are navigating major life changes, including fatherhood.

MGK welcomed daughter Saga Blade with former fiancée Megan Fox in March 2025. Although the former couple split before their daughter's arrival, they've remained focused on co-parenting their little girl. MGK also shares Casie Colson Baker, 16, with ex Emma Cannon.
Davidson also recently became a father after welcoming daughter Scottie Rose with model Elsie Hewitt. The couple split after less than two years together, and Hewitt recently shared on social media that she's been "doing it on my own," while also searching for extra childcare support.

A source close to Davidson, however, disputed that characterization, previously telling PEOPLE that the comedian has been "extremely available" and is covering "all Scottie costs and more.”
Long before they were swapping dad duties, MGK and Davidson built one of Hollywood's most unlikely bromances. Their friendship has spanned years of red carpets, late-night hangs and creative collaborations.
Davidson starred alongside MGK in the 2022 comedy Good Mourning, while MGK later popped up in Davidson's 2023 Peacock comedy series Bupkis.

The two have also been each other's biggest cheerleaders. When Hewitt announced she was expecting last year, MGK couldn't hide his excitement about their growing families, commenting, "These playdates bout to hittttt.”
Despite both stars entering a new chapter as fathers, their latest night out suggests they're still making time for one another.

Davidson has plenty keeping him busy these days. Alongside hosting his new Netflix video podcast, The Pete Davidson Show, the comedian recently appeared in Amazon MGM Studios' action-comedy The Pickup and is currently filming Tommy Karate in Atlanta.
He also has several upcoming projects in the works, including How to Rob a Bank.
MGK wrapped up his global Lost Americana Tour in July 2026. He will also be making several major international festival stops, including Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and Brazil.
