The worlds of Peppa Pig and Sesame Street are colliding for the first time!
Hasbro and Sesame Workshop are teaming up for an epic remix of two iconic songs: Peppa’s “Jumping in the Muddy Puddles” and Elmo’s “Jumping in Puddles.”
Elmo and Peppa’s “Muddy Puddles (Dance Remix),” which PEOPLE can exclusively debut, masterfully blends all of Peppa Pig’s British charm with Sesame Street’s upbeat spirit to create a high-energy mashup, complete with yellow wellies, a disco ball and so much puddle-splashing.
The brand-new song and music video mark the first time the two children’s brands, who have become a focal point in childhood for generations, have interacted together on-screen.
The music video is joyful and full of energy, creating a timeless piece that celebrates the universal language of music, movement and a really good puddle jump. This new release marks the beginning of a three-part YouTube collaboration series for the major children’s brands. Peppa Pig and Sesame Street will also be releasing two additional videos on Sept. 24 and Oct. 28.
Sarah Madey, the vice president of Global Marketing at Hasbro, described working on this epic collaboration as an absolute “joy from the very first note.”

Echoing Madey’s sentiments, Samantha Kennedy, the vice president of brand marketing for Sesame Workshop, shared her excitement for the collaboration.
