Taylor Swift's financial empire has officially doubled the billionaire benchmark.

The "Gold Rush" singer is worth an estimated $2 billion, according to Forbes. Her fortune includes nearly $800 million generated from royalties and touring, along with a music catalog estimated to be worth about $600 million and roughly $110 million in real estate holdings, with properties in Nashville, Los Angeles, New York and Watch Hill, Rhode Island.

The singer-songwriter remains the first musician to reach billionaire status primarily through her songs and performances, rather than outside ventures, first crossing the three-comma threshold in October 2023.

Her financial boom was largely powered by the cultural juggernaut of the Eras Tour, the sprawling three-hour stadium spectacle that traveled across North America, Asia, Australia and Europe. Cities around the world reported massive economic boosts tied to the concerts, from surging hotel bookings to record merchandise sales.

Swift also regained control of her early recordings in May 2025, buying back the masters to her first six albums from Shamrock Capital after years of re-recording and releasing "Taylor's Version" editions.

Globally, the showgirl ranks 2,052. In 2025, she ranked No. 2 on the highest-paid musicians list, behind The Weeknd, while also placing No. 21 on the Power Women list and No. 21 on America's Richest self-made women.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, tops the list with a net worth of $839 billion. The top-earning woman is Alice Walton of Walmart with $134 billion.
