Elon Musk's The Boring Company and Giarratana, a Nashville condo and apartment developer, have agreed to build a Music City Loop tunnel station for exclusive use by residents of the developer's Church Street residential buildings, according to social media posts by both companies.
Residential buildings Alcove, Prime and Paramount, all built by Giarratana over the past five years, will have access to a tunnel station through an exclusive elevator. It is unclear where exactly the station will be. When Paramount is complete in 2028, the three buildings will offer 1,206 residential units in total.
"TBC is excited to announce the first residential Music City Loop station agreement, serving those living at the beautiful Prime, Alcove and Paramount towers in downtown Nashville," The Boring Company said in a post on X May 5. "Residents will take an elevator directly to a Loop station within the building, board a Tesla, and be at the airport in ~9 minutes or Lower Broadway in ~2 minutes."
The Instagram accounts for all three residential towers developed by Giarratana posted similar statements.

Construction continues on the Paramount, lower right, which will be the tallest tower in Nashville, Tenn., Thursday, April 23, 2026. Apartment building Alcove can be seen in the background.
The first phase of Musk's tunnel system is set to open to the public in the first quarter of 2027, according to Boring Co. officials. CEO Steve Davis said there will be at least 20 stations along the routes connecting Downtown Nashville, Nashville International Airport and Vanderbilt University.
The Boring Co. plans to create a station at Music City Center and is also eyeing a West End Avenue route. Tunneling on the first phase of the loop began in February at a state-owned parking lot on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard.
On March 24, Nashville's Convention Center Authority approved an easement agreement with The Boring Co. allowing its crews to tunnel underneath the west side of the Music City Center, along 8th Avenue S. Still, it remains unclear when the entirety of the tunnel system will be complete.
