Kelly Clarkson is gonna be "Golden."

The singer and "Kelly Clarkson Show" host aired the finale of her longtime talk show Monday, Aug. 31, which included a fitting performance of "Golden" from the "KPop Demon Hunters" soundtrack.

The American Idol winner sang the track as it was originally sung in the series, including the Korean lyrics, as many fans remarked on how impressively high Clarkson sang.

"Not even the original singers sing it live in the original key. And Kelly does it NO FALSETTO?!?!?!" one person wrote. "Queen."

"Also, as a K-pop fan, thank you for taking the time to learn the Korean and including it in the song instead of skipping over it!" another person said. "Amazing!!! It sounded AMAZING!"

The "Golden" Kellyoke performance was pretaped before the hourlong series finale, which was dubbed "Kelly By Request." Throughout the episode, the pop star spoke to fans in the studio audience, who requested performances of their favorite Clarkson songs and shared stories about what her music means to them.

"The Kellyoke that we played, 'Golden,' was the most requested Kellyoke we ever had, so Kelly knew she wanted to put it in the last episode," executive producer Alex Duda told USA TODAY. "That's why we built the whole episode around 'By Request.' We knew that's going to be positive; we won't be sad. We'll be happy because it'll be a Kelly Clarkson concert, basically."

During the finale taping, Clarkson danced in place as she watched the pretaped "Golden" performance, at one point marveling, "That's a high song!" After the video finished, she told the crowd: "We've done over 1,000 Kellyokes. ... A lot of people have asked – including my mom – why haven't we done a full hour dedicated to my catalog? Well, guess what? It's happening right now."

Clarkson's NBC daytime show is ending after seven seasons, after the singer announced her "personal decision" to step away in February. "Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this chapter of our lives," Clarkson said in a statement at the time, which came six months after the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, following a three-year battle with skin cancer.

They shared two children together – River Rose, 12, and Remy Alexander, 10 – who made cameos during the finale.

The finale will air Monday, Aug. 31, on NBC (check local listings).
